Who we are

SportsFX International-FZCO (“SportsFX”, “we”) is a company registered in Dubai, UAE (registered no. 68141), IFZA Business Park, DPP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through sportsfx.co and related contact channels.

What we collect

Information you give us when you book a call through Calendly, sign up through our Beehiiv forms (such as the guide or newsletter), or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone. This is usually your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and details you choose to share about your currency or payment needs.

How we use it

To respond to you, run discovery calls, send the guide or newsletter you asked for, and introduce you to a suitable regulated provider. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share your details with a regulated partner (for example Ebury, Send, Monex USA or Sciopay) only with your consent, for the purpose of onboarding. Our service providers, such as Calendly, Beehiiv and our email provider, process data on our behalf to deliver those services.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. Embedded forms and booking tools from third parties may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights
